General Admission

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by Hurlston Hall Estate.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance where possible.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or booking confirmation.

Arrival

Late arrivals may experience delays in entry or may miss part of the event.
Seating allocations (where applicable) are determined by the event organiser unless otherwise stated.

Food & Dietary Requirements

Any dietary requirements or allergies must be provided at the time of booking.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is recommended unless otherwise stated for the specific event.
Offensive clothing or inappropriate fancy dress may result in refusal of entry.

Age Restrictions

Certain events may have age restrictions. Please refer to the individual event listing for details.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult where permitted.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy, and valid photographic ID may be required when purchasing alcohol.

Behaviour

Hurlston Hall Estate reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or disruptive, without refund.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers and fellow attendees.

Photography & Filming

Photography and videography may be captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that images or video featuring attendees may be used across our website, social media and other marketing materials.
If you do not wish to appear in marketing photography or video, please make a member of our team or the photographer aware upon arrival.

Event Changes

Hurlston Hall Estate reserves the right to alter event content, performers, timings or menus where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by Hurlston Hall Estate, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their booking to an alternative event where applicable.
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred, including accommodation, travel or other third-party expenses.

Alcohol

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol in accordance with licensing legislation.
Alcohol purchased elsewhere may not be brought onto the premises.

Personal Property

Guests attend events at their own risk.
Hurlston Hall Estate cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

Force Majeure

Hurlston Hall Estate shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where events are affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, power failure, industrial action or other unforeseen events.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available on-site. Vehicles are left entirely at the owner's risk.
Hurlston Hall Estate accepts no liability for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Acceptance

By completing your booking and attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
